​•    Class Costs ($11 per session):
This fee covers the cost of staffing, program delivery, and essential resources to ensure engaging, skill-building gymnastics classes.

•    Zone and Insurance Fees (as per Gymnastics BC requirements):
These mandatory fees ensure compliance with Gymnastics BC regulations, providing liability insurance and access to sanctioned events and programs. These non-refundable fees vary by program type and are collected annually. As these fees differ according to program type, please refer to our fee schedule for a break-down of how these fees are applied to the program for which you plan to register. 
 

•    Administrative Fee ($15):
This non-refundable fee offsets the time and software costs of our registration processing and program management.

•    Facility Fee ($35):
This seasonal fee contributes to the upkeep and improvement of our facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable space for athletes to train.

•    Fundraising Fee ($25):
Fundraising is vital to keeping class costs as low as possible while supporting club improvements, new equipment, and community events. Successful fundraising requires resources, including staff time and operational support. This fee ensures those resources are in place, allowing our fundraising efforts to thrive and directly benefit our members so that class costs remain low.
